Izziwotnot's Bailey Sleigh cot bed isn't the most expensive, but it's stylish and well-made. It's easy to put together, though it will require two people, and it looks lovely in any nursery. Our panel loved the dark wood and dowel sides, and is robust enough to be used until your baby is a toddler. It also conforms to British safety standards. The depth is not so great that your child can climb out, and the distance between slats must not exceed 65mm. This should stop their heads from becoming trapped. You'll also have to purchase a mattress, which is priced at a cost of PS88.

The cot stands out because of its sleigh-shaped design. It's also easy to get your baby inside and out, which is another major benefit. It's a little bit more expensive than other cot beds, but our panel thought it was worth the extra cost for the style and durability.
