World of Warcraft - Item Upgrading

The item upgrade lets players increase an item upgrader kit's gear rating up to 700 points and add a final bonus. Items can be upgraded if they're in your inventory and you bring them to the kiln.

Certain items are worth upgrading because of their unique stats. (For example the perfect roll breakpoint armor is used in melee PvP). Other items such as weapons don't really change after an upgrade and aren't worth the effort.

Weapons
