The best double travel buggy prams or pushchairs can be configured into different seats to accommodate your changing needs. You can fit up to three children on the seat board or two toddlers in the seats, while still having room for a shopping bag. Accessories such as rain covers are also available. Convertible double strollers tend to be heavier and larger than single pushchairs due to the fact that they are designed to accommodate two or more children. The Graco Modes Nest2Grow convertible is an example of an affordable convertible that is easy to use. However, our testers thought it was a bit heavy for the price.

It is nimble and responsive, and our test users were impressed by its sleek design. It's not as lightweight like some of the other models we've reviewed, but it comes with a big basket that is useful for parents who are carrying bags full of toys and other items.

Lightweight

Some parents want to ensure the future of their double buggy if they have one child and are expecting another so a convertible option is an excellent choice. The iCandy Peach can be converted from a single pushchair into double by the addition of a toddler's seat or the brand's carrycot (which is great to sleep at night). The seats are very comfortable and our testers appreciate the fact that they can recline in various positions. They also love the feature that the canopy comes with an open window that can be seen from afar and has UPF 50+ protection. The rear seat can be raised high so that the child who is older can stand on it to reach the shopping basket.

The only downside to the iCandy Peach is that it is quite heavy. However, Cher believed that this was overcome by the ease to maneuver and how large the storage space is with two hanging parent and child cup holders with seat-back pockets as well as a large underseat basket. She also appreciated the fact that the seats are adjustable, meaning they can be placed to face one another for siblings that want to talk and get together when out and out and about.

The Delta Children LX Side-by-Side Stroller is a lighter option, but still impressive. It weighs only 18 pounds, is lightweight, and has an auto-standing fold, making it simple to transport or store in your trunk. Parents love the quality of the materials and workmanship and the low price point.
