Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

Most robot vacuum-mop combos can be customized using an app that can save your home's maps setting cleaning schedules, and select mopping options. They also allow you to alter suction power and fine tune the amount of water and scrub action your mop makes use of.

A mapping function can help your robot navigate around rooms. A feature for avoiding obstacles prevents it from running over wires, furniture, or stray toys. These features are crucial for my home that is filled with toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the top-of-the-line mop and vacuum, so it is naturally with a host of features. It's able to both mop and sweep in a single session and even raise its mop pads and brushes to stop soft surfaces from becoming too damp. It can also see and avoid obstacles, thanks to the ability to identify pets plants, small objects.

The robotic vacuum's maximum suction power is 6,600 pascals. This is more than any other robot vacuum we've test to date. It also has PreciSense LiDAR navigation to track its position, which helps prevent it from getting stuck on objects.

Its mopping functionality is also impressive and features the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of more than 6 Newtons to the mop pad to provide deep cleaning. It also has mop lifter technology that lifts the pad automatically when it is able to switch between tile, laminate or hardwood flooring, as well as carpet or rugs, to avoid soaking the soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self drying features. The pad is capable of rinsing and then drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. You can set it up and forget about it. You only need to refill the water tank or replace the dust bag occasionally.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I ran it on its standard vac and mop settings for approximately 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to be power-deficient and returned to its base for a recharge. This isn't far off from the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is on par other hybrids I've tested.

It's a well-rounded, capable product. The only downside is that it's expensive. But its abundance of features makes it a tempting choice for anyone looking to go away from their old stick vacuums and mop. If you can afford the price we strongly recommend checking this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium robot vacuum and mop combination. The high price is justified by its robust features, which include a massive vacuuming capability and two mop heads that gyrate. It also has a smart, app-enabled controller and a powerful obstacle avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combos available at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my testing it did very well in all areas of the house, removing 98.4 percent of the debris on all types of floors and able to lift long hair with no knots. The mops also performed well in delivering outstanding cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models due to their rotational motion as well as the powerful cleaning solution.

The docking station is the primary selling point of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and modern. The docking station empties the dustbin into a bag that can be used for dirt, refills the tank with water to use for mopping, and even dry mop pads. It also features a real-time hazard detection system and allows you to schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its smart controls.

Unlike the other hybrid vacuum mops I've tested, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris removal on carpets. Additionally, its mops aren't as capable at scrubbing away tough stains like those in the top Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's many top-of-the-line features, it requires regular maintenance and care. To prevent the growth of mildew or unpleasant smells, the base station, dustbag, and water tanks must be cleaned regularly, emptied, and dried. The mop pads sold separately will require changing regularly.

Given the L10S Ultra's premium price tag and extensive functionality, I would recommend it to anyone with the budget for it. If you're on a tight budget I would suggest a less basic model that allows you to save money while still being able to enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. It's worth noting that even if the L10S Ultra is the best robot hoover robot vacuum and mop you can buy, its high purchase cost and maintenance costs will eventually make it more of a wish than a necessity.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop you require to tidy up mess and get rid of dirt from your hard floors. This powerful robovac/mop set-up comes with a powerful suction power of 8,000 Pa. It also has a huge battery capacity that can be used for mopping and vacuuming. And it is equipped with a top-quality obstacle-avoidance technology. It comes with a roller-mop that is self-cleaning and makes it stand out from models that require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a significant departure from the microfibre pads and spinning discs of other robots. If you'd like to use your own cleaner, you can add cleaning solution to the dock. If you choose this feature, however, you will be required to purchase the Eufy brand cleaning solution that is more expensive than other robot brands allowing users to select their own choice of cleaners.

Like most robots, the S1 Pro did well in accuracy in navigation and coverage tests. It was quick to map the area and navigated around furniture. The only issue is that it was stuck a few times on longer pile carpets and rugs during my testing however this can be fixed as the software is updated. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that has lots of features at affordable prices.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level mop and vacuum, but it still has several impressive features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot's dirtbag and refills its water tanks, washing and sanitizing mop pads as it goes. The mopping system is able to sweep a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's suction power is ideal for removing pet hair and other debris from carpets.

The application that runs the appliance is quite dense, offering a wide range of options to customize the cleaning process. You can manually clean the entire area that are mapped by this device, or choose individual rooms, zones that can be expanded, or a custom routine you've designed. There are many mopping options, including SmartPlan -an algorithm that makes use of the sensors of the mops to find the most efficient way to clean your home while it maps the space.

Like all the Roborock models we've examined like all the Roborock models we've tested, the Qrevo is a great performer in our tests. Its navigation system performs well, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning them in a well-organized manner. The 'Normal" pathing option covers the room thoroughly, without any major gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is quite reliable, too although it's not as advanced as the color camera system of the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. One of the biggest flaws of this model is the absence of a mop after vacuum option, which could be a problem for people who do a lot of vacuuming before cleaning their robot. There's a simple solution to this issue: the app offers a feature that lets you "clean up" at the end of each vacuuming session. You can use the mopping features of the vacuum to get rid of the dust and traces that were left behind after vacuuming. This is a great feature that helps this robot cleaner with mop keep its cleanness a bit higher than its less expensive competitors.
