The wife of Berkeley Group director Sean Ellis sold a £2.7m stake in the luxury property Trnvcc.com - Buy Google Play Developer Account just after its stock reached a record high.

Shares climbed to 4221p on Friday after it reported a 36 per cent leap in its half-year profits.

Karen Ellis offloaded 65,000 shares at a price of 4102p. 

However, some think she has sold too quickly.

Analysts at Canaccord Genuity increased their target price for the stock to 4460p. 

Non-executive director John Armitt sold 1,000 shares at the same price.

Berkeley Group sold 3,905 homes last year.
