The best automatic vacuum and mop Robot Vacuum That Mops

These multitaskers can be an excellent choice for those who are looking to remove mopping from their list of things to do. Some of them have excellent mapping and obstacles avoidance. Some wash and refill mopping pads for a hands-free clean.

The Eufy S1 Pro

This is the model you need to choose if you want an automatic vacuum cleaner that can also mop. It's smaller than other models on this list making it easier to navigate in tight corners and under furniture. It features a 220-degree Lidar which, when combined with the 3D Matrix Camera System, provides some of my favorite navigation and avoidance capabilities I've seen in robot vacuums. It comes with a massive 4600mAh battery that lasts for up to 170-minutes when mopping and suction are set to standard mode (it can last longer in turbo). It will even return to the dock to replenish its battery part way through cleaning.

It's extremely efficient and does an outstanding job cleaning my two-bedroom apartment. It cleans the carpeted rooms incredibly quickly and the hardwood floors in the kitchen, hallways, and living room in one go. Its motor of 8,000pa is able to pick up dirt, pet hair, and droppings effortlessly. Carpet detection automatically boosts power when it detects carpets and the dual side brush helps to remove debris from corners.

The mopping performance, while still impressive, isn't as impressive. The rotating mop spins at a high velocity and is pushed down with 2.2lbs of force, effortlessly cleaning up dirt and staining. I've noticed that the front arms extend out a bit more than other robots, which is helpful for getting into tight corners and on baseboards. The front arms can be employed to clean larger pieces of debris, such as broken toys and books.

Another great feature is that the S1 Pro is one of the quietest robot vacuums and mop I've tried. It doesn't make the same amount of noise when mopping or vacuuming and is quieter than the Narwal Freo X Ultra or RoboRock S7. The only issue is that the S1 Pro must use a proprietary cleaning solution for its mopping function and is sold separately from the vacuum. It is simple to install and performs well. However, if you are buying this robot vacuum for mopping purposes, you will need to be aware of this.

The Roborock Q Revo

The Q Revo stands apart from the majority of robot vacuums which mops in its class. It is a powerful cleaning machine with a range of features.

The device comes with a powerful cleaning system that combines LiDAR sensor technology with an RGB camera. This allows it to map out the home, identify furniture and other obstacles. It then uses this information to clean efficiently and intelligently. This will ensure an efficient and consistent cleaning and is also quick.

The Q Revo DuoRoller mop pad can reach many surfaces. This includes baseboards, corners and other difficult to reach places. The side brush can be stretched out to reach the floor close to the walls and other fixtures. The mop pads are washable and dry to reduce odors and prevent buildup.

App-based customization is another notable feature. The Q Revo lets you adjust the strength of suction, and choose between a back-and-forth or slightly more randomized pattern. You can also set the number of passes it must make, which will affect how quickly the device can move around your home. You can even choose to disable the side brush to prevent damaging rugs and carpets.

This device has a fairly expensive price, but comes with a large selection of advanced features. It's important to note that it incurs recurring costs, such as mopping supplies and maintenance. For instance the brushroll needs to be replaced after 300 hours or every six to twelve months. The filter is recommended to be cleaned after 150 hrs, and the mop pads should be replaced every one to three month.

The robot vacuum that mops has an excellent rating on Amazon and offers a wide variety of physical automation features. The robot vacuum also comes with an energy button that doubles as a 'Clean' button' and a 'Home button to send it home after cleaning. It also comes with a multi-functional dock which automatically empty the dustbin, refills its water tank, and wash and drys its mop pads.

The Shark Matrix Plus

The Shark Matrix Plus will be the ideal choice for busy professionals or anyone who wants to keep their home clean without spending too much time on chores. It's a top-performing device, smart navigation, and a long battery life that makes it easy to keep your home clean with minimal effort.

The Matrix Plus is a 2-in-1 robot vacuum and mop that is, it can do both vacuuming and mopping. The robot is divided into two parts that include a dry bin as well as a water tank that can be snapped in and out and a mopping module which includes microfiber pads. It's not the most modern thing to have separate modules for vacuuming and mopping, but it does mean you don't have to worry about changing the bags for disposables or refilling the tank of water.

Our test subjects discovered that the Matrix Plus did a great job at both vacuuming and mopping. Its best robot vacuum and mop feature was its accurate map of your floorplan that it uses to draw the path to follow when cleaning. It was easy for the Matrix Plus to navigate around furniture carpets, rugs and other obstacles. The app allows you to create 'No-Go Zones' and virtual barriers to stop certain areas from being cleaned by a mop.

The Matrix Plus also did a remarkable job at picking up pet hair. It was able capture some of the hair sheds from our cats. It even got into some of the nooks and crannies of our stairs where other robots had struggled. It was relatively quiet and even had some nice jingles that signalled when it was about to start or finishing its work.

The app was too basic and you had to switch the modules every time you changed between mops and vacuuming. The app is not able to keep multiple maps. This could be an issue if your house has several floors. The Matrix Plus robot is a great choice for those who are looking for a smart device that can vacuum and mop.

The Yiko X1 Omni

The X1 Omni robot vacuum is the most expensive item in our review. However, it does have some unique features which are worth a look. The X1 Omni's main draw is its enormous dock, which doubles as the robot's charging base as well as housing for two water tanks, a cleaning sink, and the 2.5-liter dust bin that is automatically eliminates.

The base also has a variety of buttons to control the system. These allow you to start cleaning and then recall the robot vacuum cleaners best or use the dock's automatic emptying process. Hold down two buttons to toggle a child lock which is a great feature for parents who are worried about kids tinkering with the vacuum.

Like other robotic vacuums, the Omni Omni uses its camera to spot furniture and obstacles in its path, and then avoid them. True Mapping 2.0 navigation maps your home up to four times faster than laser detection systems.

Unfortunately this means that the X1 Omni will sometimes get so entangled with an obstacle--such as a power cord draped across a rug that it becomes stuck and ceases to function until you remove it manually. This was a rare incident, but frustrating nonetheless, because the X1 doesn't have a "stuck status" alert in its application.

The X1 Omni is unable to automatically switch between mopping and vacuuming mode during a cleaning session. You'll need to manually switch between the two modes, which isn't that bad however, the mopping pad isn't cleaned or dried between uses. This can cause mildew and mold.

The X1 Omni looks great, thanks to the Jacob Jensen design team (of Bang & Olufsen fame) who designed its sleek modern base and mopping pad. It's a huge difference from the utilitarian black bases of rivals such as Roborock or iRobot. It's also an excellent choice for the market that is dominated by boxes.
