We love that it's made from soft materials with breathable mesh sides that promote airflow and comfort. It's available in charcoal and oak and comes with a variety of melange fabric options that work well with a variety of decor styles. Anna found it to be solid and secure when it was attached to her bed. The legs clicked into place and the zippers were secured to ensure safety. It took Anna around 10 minutes to put it together and did not require any tools. There are clear instructions, a video and a customer service number should you encounter any issues.

The CoZee crib comes with all the features you would think of in a crib for your bed, including the ability to connect it to your existing bed with a stay-in-place connection system. It also comes with six height settings. In addition, there is an inclined feature that can be used to help babies suffering from reflux or congestion. It's also machine washable, a necessity for all the dribbles, vomit and snot that come with having a newborn!

The CoZee is a fantastic option for keeping your child close during their first six months of learning to fall asleep independently. It can be used as a crib, changing station or toddler bed. It can be turned into a sofa bed by the addition of an extension pack. It isn't able to feed your baby, or magically make them sleep, it will rock them until they go off!

The Chicco Next2Me Magic

This is one of Chicco's most expensive options, however it is packed with lots of features. It can be used either a side-sleeper or a standalone crib and is suitable for infants from birth to six months. It features a brand new mechanism for opening and closing the side panel and is simple to use, even for one-handed operation. It's also more adjustable than its predecessor, with 11 different height levels and retractable feet for a secure fit under any bed.

Our testers loved the ease of access offered by the side panel which can be moved upwards and downwards with just one push of a button. This was especially helpful in the evening when feeding time was over, since they could reach in and pick their baby up without waking them up.

The side panel can be lowered on its own however it isn't recommended as this increases the risk of your child falling out of the cot. But, the patented safety locking mechanism guarantees that it can only remain in place if it is connected to the bed properly. This feature is fantastic to have peace of mind when you're breastfeeding and require frequent nighttime feeds.

The Chicco Next2Me Magic is designed to be a perfect fit for any bed that includes divan bases as well as beds with drawers thanks to the legs that telescopic. It also comes with an option to tilt for babies with reflux and a rocking mode that can soothe them back to sleep after eating. It is also very large and offers excellent ventilation due to its mesh sides.
