World of Warcraft Item Upgrade and Set Bonuses

The item upgrade is an enchantment that increases the base stats of certain armor or weapons. This includes tertiary stats like Leech or Speed.

A special evolution item which allows Porygon2 to evolve into Porygon2. This item upgrade is available at Pokestops or Gyms.

Universal upgrades are able to be used on any type of gear and offer less benefits than other components that are equipment type specific.

Leveling

Upgrades allow players to upgrade items by increasing their levels. The level increase also boosts the item's "guaranteed" bonuses. Each level upgrade increases the stats on the item by 3 and adds an extra bonus based on the level of the item. These bonuses range from +3 bonus to +1 to an unspecified buff.

Each item is limited to a specific number of upgrades. After the upgrade the item is completed, it can be upgraded to a product of equal or greater value.

This system is extremely useful for players who want to acquire equipment with a certain level of stats prior to having the chance to purchase the latest item upgrader kit. The transfer system is user-friendly and allows the player to avoid wasting upgrade materials.

Upgrade materials are gathered when players clear their content and are used to improve or replace an item. Each item requires a specific kind of upgrade material. Weapons require Destruction Stones while armor requires Guardian or Harmony Leapstones. When an item upgrader mod is upgraded, these materials are renamed. For example, Stone Fragments becomes Stones and Harmony Shards becomes Life Shards.

Upgrades to items are essential to improve the performance of a character, but it is important to think about the cost of doing so before making any upgrades. The cost of upgrading an item level upgrade could be quite a bit of gold which could have been better spent on new equipment. This cost is the reason why it is best to upgrade only the most important items in any given situation.

This means upgrading the weapon, then the chest, legs and helm. Upgrade trinkets now when the player has the money to do so. This will increase their proc potential. For instance, a top-of-the-line Throne of Thunder trinket may be worth upgrading for the greater damage it can cause from its procs. Certain trinkets aren't worth upgrading until they offer an enhancement that is significant to a certain build. This is especially the case for breakpoint gear used to increase stats like IAS or FHR.

Rerolling

Rerolling is a mechanic that lets players change the stats of a weapon, armor, or ring, depending on the type. It can be used to replace bonuses or add new ones. It can also be used to alter the power of the item's base.

While rerolling can be beneficial to boost your power in the initial stages of the game it's not a necessary aspect of the game. Once you hit your goal of upgrading to level 6 generally, you should roll down and find the best upgrades that you can, or save for the next group of items. This will help you have an effective team by the time you reach your level 9 upgrade goal.

The rerolling system is very similar to the leveling up system. You can use reroll tokens to eliminate any Level Up option from your item and swap it for another. However unlike Level Up, reroll tokens don't reset the item's level. This means that when you reroll an upgraded item, it won't be at the same level, and will not have its bonus.

In addition to rerolling, players may make use of a specific mechanic called Eliminate to delete any Level Up option from their equipment or weapons. This is helpful if you've got a bad gacha or need to reroll an item that has five stars. You will need to create a brand new account or sign up using social media.

In the same way, there is an Occultist in every town which can be visited to alter a weapon or armor's Aspects, stats, or attributes. This is helpful if you have a five-star unit that you want to make better, or if you have an elite four-star player you're struggling with.

Another method of rerolling an item is using the rerolling tokens that are earned by completing quests. These can be purchased from the Occultist for 300 gold, or they can be found in the holozon boxes that are dropped after completing certain dungeons. You can roll any armor, weapon, or ring simply by moving the icon on the page of your unit with the lock to the desired slot.

Sets

A set is a collection of items that share some similarity. You will use sets on a regular basis, such as a dozen eggs or a set of friends. They are useful for organizing things and using operations like intersection, union, and difference to manage them effectively. Sets can be used in a variety of different ways, from organizing music on a playlist, to classifying students by their grades.

In Nioh the game, players utilize sets to provide special effects to players when they wear pieces of a specific Armor Set. These bonuses, also known as Set Bonuses, are similar to and sometimes superior to Effects. While it's not explained in-universe why the armor sets have to be worn together to produce these effects, they provide a nice change of pace when playing the game. The armor sets that come with Set Bonuses can be found in a variety of locations throughout Hyrule, including the Dark Moon and Twilight Temple.

Set Bonuses are included with every piece of equipment in the Set. The tooltip near the bottom of the item will inform you which Set Bonuses are offered. Set Bonuses are displayed in a box that has the red border.

Some of these set bonuses are only available for specific pieces of equipment. If you have the complete Phantom Armor set, you will get +8 defense (instead of the 3 defense you receive with other equipment). Other sets are only available through specific quests or by purchasing them through the Auction House.

It is possible to earn Set Bonuses for multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously. If you own the entire Kestra's Descent Set, and the matching parts of Twinblade of Shadow, you will be able to get the version with the + set's bonus if you soul match them.

Unlike Effects which change every time you upgrade them, Set Bonuses stay the same, Item upgrade even as the pieces of equipment they are attached to level up. However, if an item is exemplared to levels that are too low, the set bonus will cease working.

Set bonuses

Set bonuses are special effects that can appear on a set of equipment that grants a bonus in battle. They grant a specific amount of a specific kind of stat, such as damage to weapons, defenses, or resistances. They don't stack however, and only one of them will work at any time. The amount of a stat is determined by the amount of pieces in the set. For example, you can have three weapons and four chests but only one of them will benefit you.

They typically enhance the primary stat but certain bonuses increase secondary stats too. Defence bonuses increase three positional defense values and two typed defenses such as, for instance the full five-piece set of Hundings Rage will add up to a total of about 400 defence in your gear. This is a huge increase in your gear, particularly as melee characters.

This is an excellent feature and one of the most well-known in the game. Currently only a few sets of gear are equipped with set bonuses. They are only available on the Test Realm. However, the number of set bonuses is expected to increase once the update is out. For instance, the popular 7 school specific Dragoon's gear will be getting its bonus added as soon as the update is live.

While Set Bonuses don't stack within a set, they do stack between different sets. This is great for those that want to use the most efficient combination of sets. It does require some planning. Set bonuses only affect the shell (not the armoring or mods) of an item of equipment, therefore you must be cautious when placing them.

The most important thing to keep in mind is that a set bonus's strength does not change when you have an exemplar that is more than three levels below the minimum level that is allowed for an Enhancement of that kind. Purple (Very Rare) Sets, PvP sets and Archetype Origin sets are exempt from this requirement and their set bonuses are in effect regardless of the level of the item's exemplar.
