WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades provide a guaranteed boost to certain stats. Each upgrade increases the item level upgrade level by +3. A random substat is also added to each upgrade.

Upgraded gear is generally more useful, unless the item is not required by nature (like FB sorc shields) or has a high variance in stats (like eth Titan weapons). Upgrades are less useful for those with higher variance because of the requirement to roll a perfect version.

Recycle Points

The item upgrader mod upgrader enables players to upgrade gear to a higher level by providing the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any type of weapon or armor. However, the item that is used for the upgrade item will remain in use for a long time and will not be able to be used again. Upgrades can be applied to Enchantments.

The upgrader is located in every major city, and is accessible at any time to upgrade your gear. It is recommended that you visit the upgrader once every few weeks, to ensure that your equipment is up to date.

The cost of upgrades will be based on the current item level of the item being upgraded however, they will always be less expensive than purchasing new gear from other sources. They can be bought by players from NPCs who sell upgrades for items in exchange for different currencies, and may also be found in random treasure lists. Once an upgrade has been purchased it can be applied to any weapon, tool, or armor with the help of button, which will show an item's preview at the next upgrade level when the player has enough materials.

The cost of upgrading is based on the item upgrade slot and current item level and the weapon's price is higher than bracers or gloves, for instance. Each upgrade cost 15 Flightstones and a variety of crests, with some upgrades offering discounts to reduce the cost of Flightstones or crests used. After an Best item upgrader has been upgraded to a certain amount, it can be downgraded and sold to the upgrader at a lower cost.

The simplest and most straightforward upgrade path costs 15 crests, while the most complex can require as much as 20 crests based on the kind of gear that is being upgraded.

Players can earn crests by finishing content at the appropriate level, which involves walking around and Item Level Upgrade engaging in outdoor activities to get lower-tier gear, raids or dungeons of all difficulty for items of higher tier or Mythic+ dungeons or heroic raid bosses for gear that is used in the endgame. These crests are then exchanged with an item upgrader, such as Cuzolth or Vaskarn in Valdrakken to upgrade the item in the proper steps and pathways.

Utilizing these new currencies isn't too complicated, but the system introduces some changes to the overall upgrade process. For example, once a piece of equipment reaches the highest level of upgrading for any rank (Explorer, Adventurer, Veteran, Champion, Hero, or Mythic), it will no longer require Flightstones to be upgraded. This change is designed to allow players to get their gear up to the highest level possible on all their characters, instead of relying on seasonal loot.

Another significant modification is that crests have one usage therefore it's essential to use them wisely.
