This bare-bones double stroller from Delta Children is an excellent option for parents seeking an affordable, second-hand travel stroller. It was awarded an impressive score in our Strollers and Multiples test for weight and folded size that means it's lightweight, small when collapsed and easy to move into a trunk of a car or closet. It also comes with an adjustable recline seat that can be adjusted in multiple positions and cup holders for the parent. Other important features include 360-degree shock absorbing front wheels and two large storage bags that hang from the ceiling.

In our test of the push and turn it performed better than the majority of other strollers of a similar price we test, but it's not the most comfortable to maneuver on uneven terrain or through narrow doors. The sunshades are among the ones we tested the smallest, providing only direct overhead coverage, and no windows that peek out. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have significantly larger sunshades.
