It's worth noting that most midi loft beds that have desks require a standard UK single mattress (3ft/90x190cm) with wooden midi bed slatted bases. This is not included in the price of the bed, so we suggest looking at our fantastic mattress deals to find a deal that fits your budget!

Mattress

Most midi beds are compatible with standard UK single mattresses, and the top bunk is equipped with a safety rail that gives you peace of mind. Some models have an amazing pull-out trundle drawer for sleepovers or storage space underneath the bed. These can either be open or equipped with doors (please look at the product's details for full information).

Many midi cabins come with a desk that can be moved from one level to another or chests. This allows the children to have their own space to store all of their belongings. This also means they don't have to make use of floor space by putting up bulky shelving or wardrobes.

Some models have gone one step beyond with cabinets that are flush mounted, or even part of the headboard/footboard. This is great for storing toys and books.
