It also has some outstanding highlights, such as the self-emptying dustbin and a mop pad self-washing and adjustable to the temperature of the water, and a side-reaching sweeper brush that is able to reach areas other mops miss. You can also set your own cleaning schedule in the app and customize the settings for each room of your home.

It comes with the same multi-room smart mapping feature as the S8 and can differentiate between laminate and carpets with high-pile carpets. It also lets you skip cleaning rooms that aren't clean if you want to save time. It's a great choice when you have a mix of flooring in your home but do not want to invest the extra money on a Roborock with advanced mapping features.

7. Q5 Pro

This robot is a great choice if you are looking for a robot that can handle regular maintenance on a daily basis and touch-ups to wet messes. It comes with a variety of features, Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop including a self emptying dustbin, a separate dock for refilling water, and adjustable settings that can be adjusted via the app. It's quite quiet, and it's able to maneuver around furniture legs and socks effortlessly. It has a decent amount of suction power, and it's possible to take photos of every object it picks up (i.e. chew toys, socks, etc.)) and mark them as 'not found' in the app so that they don't get picked up during future cleanings. Its photos are encrypted, and not tied to you account.

It does a fantastic job of vaccuming, however it isn't as effective at mopping. It uses disposable wipes that are clipped to the bottom of the bot and drags them across your floor. Compare this with the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal models, which come with water reservoirs that automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
